Task Assignment System
Our task management system consist of 4parts that allows you to work more effectively with your subordinates and peers. The Personal Task system allows you to assign, track and update task that you have assigned to your own self
Using the Task Assign system, you can assign task or activities to your subordinates which you can then track for updates - receipt of task assigment, delegation of assignment, cancellation/decline with reasons and percentage of task completion. With this system, you can also receive reporting update from your subordinates and in the same time you can add in new task.
Using the Manager Assign Task system, subordinates can notify management of receipt, cancellation/decline or delegation of assigned task. Subordinates can keep management updated using simple reporting feature and percentage of task completion. This helps management to keep track of the organization activities - anytime, anywhere.
Via the Project Task, team members can perform the same features as in Task Assign and Manager Assign Task but instead of between Manager-Subordinate strucutre, its between Peer-Peer / Member-Member structure.
