Integrated with the calendar system, an invitation is automatically routed to invitees calendar as an entry, prior to that you can also view their free time to ensure your appointment does not clash with any other events.

Invitees can respond (yes or no) or delegate his attendance to an invited even via the system and is updated to the organizer via the system and also in email acknowledgement. You can also delete or add new invitees anytime and a simple comment or description feature allows you to add in information such as agenda pertaining to the event organized.
