In a nutshell Ascent Solution E-Commerce Outsourcing Partner Program is a program where we help distributor/retailer, who are interested in getting their own customized e-commerce system, to invest in the development cost & the monthly and yearly maintenance cost involved in operating an e-commerce system. In return of our investment, we earn sales commission from each product got sold thru the e-commerce system.

Does that mean I doesn't need to fork out any initial investments?
Yes, we will be investing much of the huge initial investment for your company so your company will basically have a lower risk in exploring your new e-commerce venture. The only investment you need to invest is your own Internet domain name and advance sales commission payment to show commitments.

If your e-commerce site is very successful, we would wish that you could continue to stay with us but if you insist of breaking off the partnership, we can transfer the technology portion to your own internal staff for a negotiated lump sum of money as a means of exit option for our investment.

My e-commerce site is now very successful. Can I develop my own system and transfer the site there so we won't have to pay you any future sales commissions?
Yes you can but we would appreciate it if you can inform us earlier of your exit plan and we would appreciate it if you could pay us a fair sum of money as a means of appreciating our efforts in helping you in the initial stages of your company establishment. Besides the money you pay us, we will use it to help more retailers and distributors to venture into e-commerce.

My e-commerce site doesn't work out. After 6 months I don't even have 1 sales. I want to close shop. Do I get a refund on my advance sales commission payment?
It is just pity that your e-commerce solution doesn't work out. We do provide consultancy and suggestions to help you improve your online sales but venture does fail sometimes. In such circumstances, we will close your e-commerce site to give opportunity to other retailers/distributors. On your advance sales commissions payment, it is non refundable but look at the bright side, you only lose a fraction of the investment cost comparing to the investment we put in developing the solution for you.

I am a customer of one of your e-commerce partner. I want to complain about their fraud activities or of their bad customer service
We always welcome customers to report to us about the wrong doings of our partners. we are partially responsible if our partners are providing a bad service or involve in fraud activities. We will do out best to investigate your case and take appropriate action if our partner is at fault.
